What IP should I enter?

Enter mc.hellcore.net in Minecraft Java Edition → Multiplayer → Add Server. Use the server's supported client version.

What if the main address does not connect?

Try play.hellcore.net or alt.hellcore.net. Main, Play and Alt share the same player pool. Include the address you tried and your exact error message when asking for help.

Can an alternate route improve my connection?

World routing is available at world.hellcore.net and world.bistarwars.com. India routing is available at in.hellcore.net and in.bistarwars.com. The India route has a separate player pool and does not guarantee lower ping.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your Minecraft version, server IP, approximate time, and the exact error. A screenshot can help. Do not include passwords, session cookies, or API keys.
