I am joining for the first time. What address should I enter?

Use hellcore.net or mc.hellcore.net. The play and alt addresses listed in the official connection guide share the Main player pool.

We connected using different routes. Why are we in different player lists?

Check whether one of you joined in.hellcore.net. India routing has a separate player pool; join the same Main, Play, or Alt route to share a pool.

Should everyone in India use the IN address?

It is an alternate route through Singapore, with no guarantee of lower ping. Compare your connection and remember that its player pool is separate.

Is there an address for global routing?

The published global addresses are world.hellcore.net and world.bistarwars.com. See the official routing guide for details.

I can see the RBW item but have not registered yet.

Register in the Ranked BedWars registration channel, join the required Discord channel once, then use the RBW hotbar item to queue.

We made a BedWars party and cannot queue together in Ranked.

Use the RBW Party system inside the RBW hotbar item. The default BedWars party system does not work for Ranked.

Both of us are waiting in the same RBW party.

For a 1v1 match, players cannot be in the same RBW party. One player must leave that party before you can be matched.

I cannot find the picking option for 3v3.

Player picking is currently available only in 4v4 Ranked. For 3v3, make an RBW party with teammates and queue normally.

I found unexpected behavior during a match.

Post in the support or bug-report section with the mode, time, steps, and any screenshot. Ranked is in beta, so useful reproduction details help.

I want to build a small stats tool.

Run /apikey create inside BedWars, then /apikey info to view your key. Keep the key private and use /apikey revoke when it is no longer needed.

I accidentally shared my key in a screenshot.

Use /apikey revoke in BedWars. Do not post the key in a public thread; generate a new key for your own tools if needed.

Can I view my saved Quick Buy and Hotbar?

Use /quickbuy. The published developer endpoint for loadout data is api/v1/loadout; see the official announcement for context.

I do not see the new vanish feature on my rank.

The announced /vanish feature with nick support and a new action bar is exclusive to MVP++ and YouTube ranks.

I noticed a short refresh before a BedWars game starts.

The published fix says player data refreshes for about four seconds before the game starts, with no refresh during gameplay. Report any different behavior with details.

I want to read the announcement about replays.

Open the official replay, vanish, and nick-plugin updates thread. It describes the replay smoothness fixes and related changes.

Was there an update about buying cosmetics?

The official cosmetics announcement reports a fix for purchase errors. If you still see an error, share its message and steps in support.

I saw an older announcement about the menu.

That announcement lists the issue as pending. Check newer official updates before assuming it has been fixed.

Sign in and use the upload control in the thread or reply editor. Supported image formats are PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF, with a five-megabyte limit.

Can I attach a short log file?

The upload control supports images, PDF, and UTF-8 text files up to five megabytes. Remove passwords, tokens, and personal information from logs first.

My profile needs a custom background.

Open your own profile and choose Customize your profile. Upload a cover image, preview it, and save your changes.

I want a different frame around my profile image.

Your profile editor offers outline, glow, double, and pixel frames, plus accent colors. Choose a frame and save it.
